Instead, I was advised to proceed with a throttle body cleaning and fuel induction service at a cost of $550.51 but that it would correct the issue.
This happened multiple times while driving so I took it to the dealership and they say the throttle body needs to be replaced for $993.
Ford found tsb 16-0139 applied and replaced throttle body and charged me $496.95 for repair.
Diagnosed at local jeep dealership who said the throttle body needs replacing at a cost of $1000 and is not covered under any jeep warranty - whether the basic or the extended that covers emission systems.
